Las ventas digitales de Tales of Arise parecen ser más elevadas de lo normal en la saga. A pesar de que el juego se lanzó el mes de septiembre, resultó ser el más vendido y descargado de todo el año 2021 en Japón para PS5. En PS4 fue segundo, superado solo por el eterno Minecraft.
